Great Value
After researching digital pianos my realization was that I should prioritize the release date of the product: these pianos are essentially computers, and the sound quality is determined by its polyphony - this model is relatively new and has 128 note polyphony, Many pf the popular Yamahas, which I’m sure are good, have been around for 5 or more years and support only 64 simultaneous notes. So processing power is important. Bluetooth is also important if you plan to use a learning software using your tablet or phone (as a side, I am an adult and teaching myself the piano, tried a few - and these software courses are not the way to go, imo). The other benefit of Bluetooth is that you can connect the piano to a wireless speaker for better quality and so, the built-in speakers are not that important. This model also has a built in metronome, which is also convenient because of course, ability to use a headset and practice in silence is a big reason why I wanted a digital piano to begin with. Of the 4 ‘voices’ this model comes with, I use the piano the most and it is very pleasant to ear - this was confirmed to me by family members who play an acoustic piano and can tell the difference. The use interface - several push buttons is very easy to use, and to me the simplicity isa big plus - it is great not to have visual disruption of LCD screens and digital interfaces. Finally, I find the keys pleasant to touch, the build quality is solid, and for this price point, I think it is great. It takes many years to learn piano, especially if you want to read sheet music, so, no need to be too stressed about this device being just like a piano. To learn to play, it is perfect, and I enjoy this device every day.

Great Keyboard, not good for P.A. use.
I really liked the keyboard. Great sounds and the ability to adjust the key pressure is awesome. If you are buying this for use at home or use without a PA system, then I would not have any problem buying another one of these. The problem with it is the output connection for PA use. It's 2 mini headphone jack and not the standard 1/4 plug. This means you will have to use an adaptor. I don't think the connection was built for anything other than headphones. So, if you are not using it for a P.A. system, this is a great keyboard to purchase.

Great sounding piano
Great sounding keyboard that took my kids into the world of music. It can be placed virtually anywhere but we have a special stand and chair. Easy to transport, eg, for a showcase performance in a local park, and it can run on batteries. PS Be prepared to listen to music in organ tone!

Great buy for the money!
ROLAND GO: 88PX. I've owned a lot of keyboards over the years, and I have to say that, for the money, this keyboard is totally worth it. Sounds are great quality. I also chose it for it's weight of 12lbs. I can play gigs with it, and it's very portable, yet sound is definitely good enough for playing out, in my opinion. It's exactly what I needed! Also, no display, but very simple to change sounds using the buttons. And I like the touch, even though it's not weighted. Plays smoothly. Has USB out, as well.

Son picks this Roland over Casio priced 3x more
After my son learned piano on his new Roland piano for beginners, he still prefers it to my $900 Casio Privia. I gave him his choice of keeping either and he picked the entry-level Roland.

Very Bad Quality Broken in Less Than One Year
My piano is broken in less than one year (power connection problem , the piano simply cannot be turned on!). I am not a frequent user of the piano, like once per two weeks maximum. Yet, the piano 's power connection is broken in less than one year. And the product maintenance process is extremely difficult. First, Roland does have a live customer service number to call. Everything needed to be done online. Although they reply in a time manner, but their replies often don't answer my questions. I really dislike the I cannot have a live conversation with customer support and it prevented me from fixing my piano. In order to have a check up on my piano, I need to uber one hour to the nearest service location. Guess what, the two-way uber cost already cost half of the piano's price! Now I am considering to just throw the piano out instead of waste the time and money to go to the service center. So, given this piano's bad quality, I would suggest you to think twice if you live really far away from a service center.

Good piano
Sound is good but the key touch is not as promised. The touch is nothing like a piano keyboard.
