The adhesive is great. Lasted 1 week even after showering daily with warm or hot water. My husband said he feels the difference in the pain in his tight and foot. It helps my tennis elbow and plantar fascitiis. The price is reasonable. Honestly, it can last 10 days. The edges barely rolls up and you can just trim off that part. I purchased it based on the reviews and I'm glad vital worked out. I strongly recommend it.

I rarely give reviews on products purchased on Amazon, but I wanted to rave about this product and its performance relative to KT tape. I had purchased the KT Tape (KT Tape Original Cotton Elastic Kinesiology Therapeutic Athletic Tape, 20 Pack, 10” Cut Strips) and was extremely frustrated with the KT tape peeling off within the first 20-30 mins of my run. I used the KT product to tape my knee and was very diligent in cleaning the skin using alcohol, and even used a razor to shave around my knee after this peeled off the first couple of times. Made no difference and 20 mins into my run I would have the KT tape strips flapping around my knee!! :(This KT tape was touted to stay on 1-3 days and is pretty pricey relative to other brands.I decided to try (Hampton Adams (2 Pack) Kinesiology Tape for Physical Therapy Sports Athletes – Latex Free Elastic, 16ft Water Resistant Kinetic Uncut Kinesio Tape for Knee Pain, Elbow & Shoulder Muscle - Black). This tape backing is well marked (solid blue lines every 2 inches) and I cut 2 10 inch strips and one 5 inch strip, taped my right knee for full support, exactly the same way I had applied the KT tape. I did not use alcohol to clean the skin, or even shave. I could tell right away the adhesion was superior, and the elasticity was active. I went out for a 6 mile run which usually takes me 55-60 mins and lo and behold, no peeling issues whatsoever. I got back home, went in the shower and the tape was holding firm. I am continuing to wear the tape for the rest of the day and no sign of peeling whatsoever (FYI i rounded the edges of the tape with scissors when cutting).I am incredibly impressed with the performance and I think part of my enthusiasm is from the disappointment and frustration I got from the KT tape. What a flop for a highly touted not to mention expensive KT product! I figured it shouldn't be that hard to make tape with sufficient adhesion to last through 30 mins to an hour workout, leave alone a day or 2. There is an option to purchase a more expensive KT pro tape for better adhesion but surely!This Hampton Adams tape is less expensive and performs much much much better than the KT original cotton tape. Very very pleased! Knee support is excellent and my knee feels stable with pain significantly reduced.(note I have never used kinesiology tape before and this was my first foray into this).UpdateIt is now day 4, Hampton Adams tape still holding up! What can I say? I'm sold!

The good: The markings on the back make cutting it to desired length a snap. Cuts easily. It is thin and flexible, it stretches nicely and sticks very well. It did the job and reduced my pain dramatically. It removes well also, after wearing for 3 days. No tearing of the skin, etc, and I have very sensitive, thin skin. Tho my skin reacted badly and I got a severe rash, taking the tape off was not a problem and it did not tear the wounded skin.The bad: It left me with a bad reaction to the adhesive. Red rash, lines outlining where the tape ended. Painful, itchy. After 3 days without the tape I can still see the rash, tho it has subsided a lot. Some folks have easily irritated skin, and I'm one. Other things also cause me issues, so I think I can't trash this item just based on that.I gave it 4 stars because it functioned very well. Stuck easily, cut easily, came off easily, and relieved my pain dramatically. Not 5 stars, tho, because it also gave me a painful rash everywhere it had stuck onto my skin.

Tried a few. Hampton is supportive, effective and less expensive than bigger name brands.Recommend Buy in bulk and cut to sizes of your choice. Also cheaper.

I use this every night to mouthtape and it works perfectly! I'm a man with fairly short facial hair and this will stay on all night. I have had a few times where it is a bit painful to take off in the morning but I would rather have it that way than to have it come off while I'm sleeping.

This tape is touch and go. Some applications it sticks on for a week. Other applications it starts coming off hours after I've put it on. I'm no stranger to k-taping and have been applying it for a few years. I need a brand that I can trust. This one is too unpredictable.
