Great and not an obeseagen
I always use this for my hot drinks now I swapped it when I found out artificial sweeteners cause cancer, obesity and are basically toxic which nobody wants. I like this too half spoon the product from Silver spoon which is double sweetness I really like it.

Improved taste, all natural sweetener
I have used Truvia for several years now. Recently, I have noticed a marked improvement in the flavour. Truvia has enabled me to give up sugar in drinks and on cereals and fruit. I lost one and a half stone in about six months. I bought these four pots online because the supermarket had run out of them.
