This herb is the best product I used. The stuff in the bag is real and the bag size is big. After the herb is soaked in the hot water for some time, the color of the water is very dark and medicine is a lot and could be absorbed by feet. It is really helpful. I use it almost every day before I go to bed. It helps to warm up my body. If you're a woman and have very bad cramps when you're on the time of the month, this helps a lot as long as you use it consistently.

Was very excited to use this product but the herb packets all smell very moldy! It is not an “herbal medicine” smell it is a MOLD smell. My hands started itching from handling them on contact. I would guess these herb packets were packed away in the plastic bag before they had fully dried.

Each bag is large, with a sufficient amount of real herbs (not powders) for foot soak. No residue is leaked from the bag after boiling and soaking, making it very clean to use.

I used the product to soak my feet every other nights. It has been a great experience for me for relaxing and helping me have a good sleep. I like the product with real herb and good quality!!
