Why cheat on an expensive vacuum? These are the REAL Miele bags!
I have three cats and a GSD with a PLUSH coat (rug that sheds) and I live in sandy South Florida. I could never, ever chance buying a "compatible" vacuum cleaner bag for my precious Miele! These bags are the real deal! I try not to let them get too full, but they work so well at keeping the inside of the canister clean while holding in the dust. And they're perfect fit. Fortunately Amazon put the box inside a box and the bags didn't get wet in the moments after the delivery during a hard rain.

These bags are expensive but they seem to work better than the knockoff bags. They are easy to install and fit my vacuum perfectly. the filters definitely stop the dust.

If you have a Miele, only buy the MIele bags
These bags are great. They are self-closing so you won't have to get dust all over your house. One reviewer is correct, the old bags had a sliding door that would close as you removed the bag. I agree, that was a nice feature. However, this is the only Miele replacement bag you can buy at the moment. The quality of Miele is unsurpassed and even though the design has changed, this is a great product, much better than buying a 3rd party replacement bag. No dirt escapes the bag. If you empty when the machine indicates that you need a new bag, then you won't have to worry about the dust escaping from the bag. Dust and dirt popping through the bag door seems to happen only when the bags are too full. Remember that when the bags are too full, the vacuum will loose some suction. Personally, I think these are way worth the price, especially when the alternative is using a bagless vacuum that spreads dust everywhere when you empty the bin.
