This product is actually really great. I didnt get it for free not am I being paid or compensated in any way to write this. I actually suffer from many autoimmune diseases/issues and their symptoms. In the not too distant past the doctors put me on a steroid that I had been on long ago but this time I had some kind of allergic reaction on top of steadily gaining @ 30lbs following the 10day (cut short due to reaction) treatment..and I also broke out in a bad case of shingles. Long story short: i was a mess..and a suddenly overweight mess at that. Among other contributing factors from all this, I think the additional weight on my small frame caused an increase in the severity of my chronic pain. I previously had one of those "as seen on tv" neoprene tummy wraps which did cause a lot of sweating underneath it but with the added support for my back. But "one size fits all" really didn't compliment my smaller build and i had to make adjustmente with velcro just to make it fit snug enough to feel good. THIS product however has size options. And while according to my new, and rather disproportionate measurments, the size chart wasn't all too helpful for me but I knew my build well enough to order a small regardless. And the fit is GREAT. The main wider piece wraps around and sticks with a full width of velcro so I can make it more snug when I want or more loose when I need. But then these added stretchy belts on either side that pull out and stick to the front for additional snugness and support are just amazing! It's not some weird length or shape; it fits from just under my bust to right on or above my hips (which is fantastic for another "problem area" of mine similar to "love handles"). I would recommend this to at least two groups of people: those trying to slim down/firm up their midsection (the sweating under the wrap is a GOOD thing!), and anyone suffering any kind of chronic pain issues. This has truly been a Godsend. I haven't gotten to wear it as much as I want to...but I most definitely will be. It seems well constructed and durable without sacrificing comfort. I use a blend of essential oils in a Jojoba base on my skin underneath it for some added benefits. But all in all, the product itself is totally worth it. And the price for what you're getting--you can't beat it. I could go on but I'll spare you ..if you came looking for something like this or are at all, even in the slightest bit interested...give it a try. I highly doubt you will be disappointed (other than the disappointment in yourself for not finding it sooner!) This waist trainer is awesome. It is long enough to cover my entire fupa. Before buying, I thought the design was overkill but the extra straps in the front give the waist trainer extra reinforcement - it makes all the difference. I also like that it has bones but it's also comfortable enough that it works without making you feel restricted. The best part - this holds me so well and slims me down. I use it to gym but after compliments of people not knowing that I'm wearing it under my shirt, I will purchase another one as shapewear. It's also held up well from cleaning so far. Whenever I decide to wash a batch of clothes in washing machine, I unroll the waist trainer and add it to soak in the detergent for 20 minutes while the machine is OFF. I do this so I won't have to worry about getting a large container or filling the sink, but you can opt for that option if it suits you better. You can also use dishwashing liquid if you prefer and I'd also recommend adding a teaspoon of bleach just to kill any bacteria if you work out in your trainer. Then, I take rag with soap and rub both sides. After, I rinse it in cool water, just letting the water run on it and gently squeezing the material without trying to wring it. Then, I lay it open to air dry for the rest of the night. I try to wash mine once a week. After exercising, I also always leave my waist trainer laid out (foam facing upwards) so that the trainer can air dryer completely to avoid any potential smells or excess bacteria. Hope this helps!

Just used it for 3 sessions. It is comfortable and not crushing my stomach. The only problem is that there's a 1 and an half gap between the belt and the under area of my boobs. The suction of the belt is comfy and snug that it creates a little muffin top in that area. I ordered this belt cause it advertises that it covers all the abdominal area. When I put it on it barely covers the bottom of my stomach and it reaches below my under boob area. I did my measurements right and followed the size guide aswell read all reviews. I'm worried that it might create an uneven or weird shaping due to how the belt doesn't cover ALL of my abdominal area. I don't even know if I should return it or look for another one because this one feels good while exercising but that gap- that gap is causing me some unnecessary sensory discomfort.

For five years I've worn waist trainers for every work out. I've always gotten the Sweet Sweat brand and have really enjoyed them. They can last almost two years and get the job done. My only complaint with the Sweet Sweat was that it wasn't long enough to cover my entire torso and that they are a little pricey. However, I always repurchased because I'm a creature of habit and they absolutely gave me back my shape after I went through a massive weight loss. I was about to order my fourth one and decided to take the plunge and try something different (and cheaper). After a good bit of research, I decided on this one and I don't regret it! It covers more of my torso and is comfortable no matter what workout I'm doing (strength, hit, cardio, yoga, etc.). I was a little concerned that the boning in the back would limit my mobility, but it's pretty flexible and I've noticed no significant difference from the Sweet Sweat. It also makes me sweat just as much! It is a little thinner than the Sweet Sweat, but I actually prefer that, and it's just as durable (I've had mine now for about 3 months and I workout approx. 5 days/week). I ordered the medium based on the measurements -but I could've ordered the large too (the sinching straps on the outside have no overlap, but the Velcro is strong and they always stay in place, so it's not a big deal). If you're a user of the Sweet Sweat and are debating whether to make the change - do it. This product is performs just as well, is half the price, is just as durable, covers more surface area, forms your waist, and makes you sweat!
