Did its job...holds the cold well, I saw it works best when left in ice about an hour before the fight...then remove and keep in bucket with ice pack since you can't have loose ice near the ring.

I love this! Beauty salons like Sephora sell overpriced lesser quality versions of cold compress. I am primarily using it for under eye swelling in the mornings. Feels great to the place directly on the skin. The two sided design is super helpful for working on different areas of the face.
