This book is absolutely adorable! Pictures are sweet, not scary - and Goldilocks is cute! The words are easily understood by young children - this would make a perfect gift for a preschool/kdg. child! Love it!

Perfect book

Finally found this story in its original version! Love this large book with a padded cover! As an elementary teacher I tend to be very particular about books for little ones. I look for illustrations that are beautiful, uncluttered, exciting and easy to focus on while relating to the story line. This book nails it all! Can’t wait to read it to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter!

The story is a delightful version of a classic for my 3 year old granddaughter. I had to take away a star for the book quality. The binding and paper are poor. First time opening and the last page came right out. Three other pages already have tears at the bottom. I worked in a public library for 20 years. I didn't expect library binding, but at least something durable for more than one or two reads. Side note: we are careful with our books and know how they should be handled.
