Q: Where is the product designed and built? i'm trying to buy european, to consider human rights as well as environment. thankyou

The flask comes in the box with the "Production address" in China. The bottom of the flask has German address, which is slightly confusing. I highly doubt this has been manufactured in Germany though.

Q: Is it long enough to fit hot dogs in?

This product will definitely not break when dropped, unfortunately I dropped mine off the top of a cupboard at work, it had a small dent in it because of the height it fell from. As it is made from metal it is still intact, and It still works absolutely brilliantly. I would recommend pouring boiling water in it to pre heat it before adding your food. I would definitely recommend this product. I am thinking about getting another one for my husband 😄
