Just a pea size amount on my knee and the pain is gone within 30 min and lasts for hours.

I was far away from home and my arthritis flared up in my hand really bad. It became red, inflamed, and swollen. The pain was excruciating and none of the prescribed or over the counter medications were helping at all. As soon as a pharmacy opened, I went and begged the pharmist for an all natural remedy, as I would not be back home for three more days. She told me about Pernation, and I purchased some right than. As soon as I walked out of the pharmacy I applied the cream. It was wonderful! Within an hour, the redness was gone, and the swelling was minimal. Since I have been home I have recommended this product to several others, and bought this two pack for me and my niece. She says it's better than what her doctor prescribed. I need it, won't go without it, and keep plenty on hand. However, It does not work for everyone!

Not greasy at all, absorbs into skin quickly. No burning or excessive cold. Very light cooling. Barely noticeable menthol smell virtually disappeared after rubbed in. Couple hours and my knee felt much better. Will purchase again.

I have severe bone on bone knee pain from osteoarthritis. I’m constantly looking for a product that works. Glorious relief!!! It really does take away the pain. For me, it lasts about five hours if I'm active and then I reapply it, lasts longer if sedentary. A little bit goes a long way, only about 1/2 inch to an inch completely covers the knee area. I've only been using the product a few days, nothing adverse has occurred. I am so very thankful that this product was developed.

this works on my pain but it kinda smells. Not bad or anything just reminds me of old dried out fish. ( Just barely) The eating kind not rotting or anything and menthol. Again the smell isn't bad. I take this with green lip capsules it kinda finishes off the last of my pain.
