Acrimet Wastebasket Bin for Recycling, 6.75 Gallon/ 27 Quart/ 24 Liter (Made of Plastic) (Metal/Yellow, Paper/Blue, Glass/Green, Plastic/Red) (Set of 4)

I live in an area which requires you to split out all your recycling, and these fit perfectly at the bottom of a cupboard. They keep the recycling nicely tidied away and they hold a surprising amount given the size. The descriptions don’t correspond exactly to how our recycling needs to split up but I sorted that out with some masking tape and permanent pen.

I wanted red and green - shred / recycle, ended up with these four - cheaper. The yellow and blue are now for temp storage, red and green as intended. Shredder bin is 17L, so I can guage a full shred load from this - half full. They're tall and narrow so don't fit everywhere but are robust and not too heavy. Really glad I got them - solved several issues.

Bins are ok, but 1 arrived broken. You can’t return them either as the product is not eligible for return. I guess I only needed the red and blue one, but I’d say it’s a gamble if you buy these.

I don’t appear to be able to raise this issue of one bin being broken

Good quality. Lettering is of good quality so shouldn’t fade or rub pff anytime soon with wear and tear. They fit perfectly on the bottom shelf of my closet pantry shelf under the stairs. (Shelves are Amazon basic metal shelving 5 tier) Our municipality doesn’t pick up all recyclables, so this allows us to store the glass, certain plastics and certain metals we have to bring to the depot ourselves. Good for the small under the stairs pantry in the small urban townhouse. Definitely recommend.
