Spike has been a staple in my kitchen for decades. It is delicious with avocados, vegetables, cooked eggs and egg salad, fresh tomatoes, salad dressings to name a few. This salt free version has the same great flavor as the original.

This is the best, great taste and a must have if you are on a low sodium diet. I use it in soups, stews, and sauces.

The flavors are exactly right, but my only problem is the top isn't very tightly sealed and when in humid conditions clumps

I am on a strict no/very low sodium diet and this is the best seasoning blend I have ever used. It is no longer carried in any of the food stores in my area. Now can get a steady supply and don’t have to go on any more pointless searches.
