Q: What is the actual size of the cuff? Will if fit a man?

It would fit some men. My husband is 6'0 and 275 lbs and it was just slightly to small for him. It fits most of my patients at work.

Poor wording on their end. This particular kit has a blood pressure cuff with meter (sphygmomanometer) and stethoscope. If you are thinking monitor like a device that displays readings this is not what this has. Even in the description it states that.

Really I bought this for my daughter for school but I got her a upgrade
