Very finely ground. Makes great cookies, almond cake and scones. Naturally sweet so I use half the sugar normally called for in a recipe.

New to keto...tried making keto bread with this almond flour...and to be honest I did not have high hopes of succeeding...to my surprise it came out great. If your interested..get mug bread recipe on YouTube 90 seconds in microwave...start to finish 3 min you have soft delicious bread. Way better than store bought...4 ingredients

The item packet has a zip lock, but for me it was already broken. I just dumped it into an air-tight container. Besides that, the Almond flour was sufficiently finely ground and is great for baking items. Ended up using it for my macarons and almond cake and they turned out great.

This product was used to coat chicken breasts to be sautéed. It is an excellent almond flour. My advice is to store it in the freezer. Since it’s made out of nuts, it will go bad stored at room temperature.

Tried a new brand...It was good, easy to work with. Will buy again.

The overall taste is good, but a little too grainy. I wish it was finer.
