There are only two drawbacks to this wonderful cheese: it has to be grated, and it’s hard not to use it for eating instead of for sprinkling! The price is very reasonable for this high quality Pecorino Romano

My favorite cheese no fiber mixed in pure. I going it put in bottles and keep in fridge or freezer makes allot.

Delicious. Majes a difference with pasta dishes. Prompt delivery. Worth the slightly higher price.

Took a week in fedex transit to arrive. 2 gels packs leaking inside an aluminum wrapper. Arrived warm and spoiled. Was nearly 80 degrees here when delivered. Shame cause it was a nice cut of cheese.

This cheese is excellent. I have it on auto ship. Fedex was at fault in not delivering to my address and the seller sent me a replacement. Superior customer service.

This is good cheese, and the price is fair. I have no complaints about the quality. But when you ship cheese on a three day trip in the spring / summer, it needs more than ONE cold pack and a simple thermal bag. I'm sure, as a hard cheese, it will be fine, but I don't like cheese that arrives with oil seeping from it. Add a couple of bucks to the price and pack it better.
