This renewed phone was like new.
I was looking for a rugged flip phone my 88 year old mother could use. None were on the market. I decided to take a chance on an Amazon renewed product. I was very happily surprised. I did not expect a used phone to look brand new. And to work so flawlessly. At such a great price! I will definitely be shopping Amazon renewed in the future. It's good for the planet and my wallet. This phone does not have a touch screen and it is a thicker phone. But I grew up in the 80s so thick is a relative term. It fits in your pant pocket. This phone is rated IP68 for dust and water so it takes any abuse an old 88 year old woman can dish out like dropping it down the stairs or in the bathtub.

Sim slot is broken
I ordered this phone for AT&T, when the representative tried to install Sim card he noticed that it was broken. He ran the IMEI number and turns out phone is not compatible with AT&T. What a waste of time.

Great phone
It was easy to set up and a real good phone for my dad.

Battery won’t stay charged, bought extended warranty and won’t return my emails
No help said they would send another battery never did now the phone has stopped ringing and just turns itself off. I night extended warranty but have heard nothing

Great phone but not unlocked. Not the fault of this nice phone. Wish it would have worked out.
Nice flip phone but not as described . It wasnt unlocked or new. Returned.

To make it work with T-Mobile, update the APN
I bought this phone to use with another GSM network (T-mobile). At first I had issues such as the battery lasting 9 hours, and dropped calls. I took it to the t mobile store, and they didn’t help. A month later I’m giving up on this thing and I go back to the t-mobile store. The new guy (University Village store, guy named Mitchell) totally fixed it. He typed in something called an APN number. I haven’t dropped a call yet, and my battery has lasted 48 hours. I’m currently at 50%. Update: Battery finally died after 5 full days.

I had to unlock it!
After all was said and done it is a good product. I only gave it 3 stars because I had to unlock it myself and My telephone provider at the time could not get it to work right so I ended up opening an acct with AT&T to get it working properly. Now I am satisfied
