A great kit!
This is a great choice for a screen replacement. I have done a few of these over the years but this is the most complete and professional product I have seen when it comes to touch screen repair. The only thing that would have made it more complete would have been a good video link for step-by-step replacemt. Price was great too! I know that there are many out there but not all are good.

Everything needed & relatively easy install
My daughter dropped the older iPhone she uses to play games so the screen didn’t work. Purchased this & my husband was able to pop the old one off, get this one on & it worked perfectly. He has done this before so it was relatively quick & easy.

It’s cheap for a reason...
If you actually like being able to see your phone screen, I wouldn’t recommend buying this one. I know the problems aren’t due to the installation as I had a professional do it for me. Note that he forewarned me this was a “cheap” screen before the install.. The screen works! Most of the time.. First impressions were that the picture quality isn’t as high as the factory screen, though I can tolerate that. What I can’t tolerate is that almost every time after 15mins of continuous use the screen be starts to spazz out. Picture goes black, lines shoot across the screen and I’m forced to lock/unlock the screen to get it working again. A few times I’ve even had to hard reset the phone. Lastly, this screen gets HOT. Like hotter than a screen is supposed to get I’m pretty sure. This is what I get for going cheap 😑Do. Not. Buy.

Pretty good
Was not difficult to install. I had a little bit of a hard time getting the old screen off just because it was cracked. I watched a YouTube video from my user that had good directions to follow so it took me all in all maybe two hours but that was more just cause of how damaged my screen was, the only downfall is a security device set in place that when you replace the screen with a non-apple product the button doesn’t work anymore so I had to go into accessibility mode and put the home screen button on the touchscreen versus the button that you would usually use still not a problem but good to know before hand

You CAN do it!
Screen Quality is Hard to tell from the Original. Little Nerve racking at first but if you follow the video instructions from the Amazon Add, Its very hard to mess up, Just be patient and Like they say in the video: label your screws so you remember which came from where. Start to finish took me about 35 minutes and I took my time. Local Wireless place wanted 75-100$ to do it and said it would be about 3 hours. I think anyone with steady hands (screws are super tiny) can do this.

Works, but cost fingerprint ID
The good: it’s cheap, arrives quickly, video directions are clear and easy to follow. The screen looks fine. No dead spots or pixels. Colors look true, brightness is good and the fit and finish feel factory. The home button is still functional and does everything it’s supposed to, except scan fingerprints. The bad: the 3D Touch is not present. It’s just the long touch with haptic feedback. The fingerprint sensor now won’t work. The teardown and reassembly is hard for a newbie if you have never tinkered before, especially with the delicate ribbon cables and connectors. With multiple reinstalls of home button and still no fingerprint ID I just closed it up after an hour of troubleshooting and gave up trying to get it to register.Overall:This is being used in a child’s play phone so it’s not the end of the world. You don’t need fingerprint ID to watch YouTube and play Roblox. If your use case is more intense than that, this might not be the product for you. If you just need to replace broken glass, great product.

Glad I bought this...
My daughter recently cracked her iPhone 6 plus screen. She was devasted. Found a few places that would charge me $60-$80 to replace it. I took a chance and bought it here for under $24. Took it to my friend whom replaced it in about 30 minutes. He had to take his time to remove the cracked screen without getting cut. After the installation, I tested the phone and it worked great and the quality was superb. Highly recommend these seller.
