Very pleased with this product. I found this a couple of weeks ago and according to what I understand this kit is the best one on the market. For two important reasons why I chose this kit firstly the 2X Bunion Splints are a very nice design and they are very comfortable. You don’t notice they are there much and are of excellent design. A lot of effort has been put into this product and it really does help to realign your toe. The problem seems that many people have a foot which can be out of alignment due to things like wearing shoes that may be a bit tight for your toes. Getting that bump on your foot is not good really so wearing this kit does help a lot. Also the 2x Big Toe Gel Straighteners are good when on the go and you have to be wearing shoes during the day or at work. It helps to protect your foot in the area where it’s possible to soring and other common problems. The material is really good and helps to pad it out well. You have to be careful though when putting these products on and gentle with your fingers. It really is the best on the market and I am very happy with this product as it has managed to cure an ongoing problem I was having for quite some time. Of course though the only way to properly cure a bunion is by going down the surgery route as many people have if they are bad and need the treatment. Using this kit though is a good way to prevent things getting worse or to help stop a bunion becoming worse than it is. If you wear them every day both at work and at home while sitting relaxing or in bed then you are keeping your feet in good condition which is important.

I'm in my 20's and have recently noticed my big toes starting to bend inwards, my right foot being the worst, getting intense pain where a bunion would usually appear and wanted to get something that would prevent symptoms getting worse and eliminate pain. Arrived today and I've had instant relief since putting on the foot splints, good quality and very comfortable. I wanted something for lounging or sleeping in, I personally have very sensitive feet and don't think I could wear the splint for everyday walking in with shoes but that's my personal opinion and that might change after getting more use to them. I've tried the daily silicone separators, which are an added bonus, they are also very comfortable but I've not yet tried them on for walking for a full day. My foot size is UK 4/5 and everything fits fine... Booklet that comes with it has suggested foot exercises, just wish it had more visual illustrations with this but all in all I'm so glad I made this purchase.

I've tried other bunion relief kits before and have never quite been satisfied - many of them are complicated to strap onto my foot and don't fit right. However, I have been nothing but impressed with what Sports Laboratory has to offer. Their Bunion Relief Kit has two (one left and one right) splints and 2 silicone gel protectors. The splits are well made, easy to attach and provide good realignment capabilities. I have used these for a few weeks at home and feel a relief in pain already - great! I've had success with the gel pads too, I typically use these during the day to protect my bunion whilst wearing shoes. The material is really soft and provides sufficient comfort and protection from the friction of shoes. Finally I was really impressed with the instructions provided, both emailed to me and also provided in the package. They were clear to read and provided some really helpful exercises which I have been working into my daily routine. I look forward to continued use of this kit.

Didn’t stop the pain

I have had these for over a month and really like them. I have a bit of a bunion on one foot, but I didn’t buy this product for this reason. I noticed my big toes were starting to curve towards the other toes. I had the (mis?)-fortune of seeing a relative’s toes and her big toes were under the second toe. So I thought I would work to correct this before it became a bigger issue - later in life. Also, I was hoping that straightening out the toes would help the acupuncture meridians (the spleen meridian and liver meridian go through the big toe) and I was having a bit of pain in my knee (on these meridians). I am pleased to say that it seems to have helped with this issue. What I really like about this product it is very adjustable with the metal bar. I can adjust that - push it all the way to the top, to help align my big toe or curve it in or out. The designers seem to have thought this product through very well, besides this feature, the velcro straps work well and the items are labelled L and R. The material is also comfortable. There are instructions on how to customise the splint as well as a little booklet with exercises. I didn’t try any other bunion relievers because I liked the design of this one before purchasing it and am very satisfied after purchasing it.

As my feet are in the stage of needing surgery I have been looking for anything to help relieve the pain until the date of my surgery. Products came packaged well and looked very professional. Came with a little booklet with instructions and images of how to use. The splints were really easy to fit to your feet and feel really comfortable considering the splints are realigning your toe. The splints have a little tag so you know which ones for which foot. They have a little brand logo on each of the splints and they feel really secure once fitted. The splint bar to hold your toe in alignment feels very strong and has no sign of movement which is perfect as I was worried that it would just bend or snap. The only issue I have is that Im unable to walk around in them as i feel unstable and my toe is painful but I'm sure it's only because my toe is so far out of alignment and I'm sure it wouldn't be the same issue if you had less of a deformity. I am just using mine for resting and sleeping which it definately feels like it's helping. The silicone toe separators are really good quality too and fit perfectly. They definately do the job intended and it's great that they come as part of the pack. For the price the quality really is amazing. I would definately recommend to try these if you are looking for something to help relieve pain caused by hallux valgus (bunion)

I’d probably give 3 stars if the corrector itself wasn’t so comfortable. it’s easy to use, fits well and is great value for money. However, just as a warning, the silicone protectors/toe separators could be better. Used mine twice and one of them broke, which seems bizarre because as these are designed to be used on the go, you’d obviously use them daily. Such a shame you cannot contact the seller directly to ask for a replacement, as if you want one you have to send everything back, which seems counterintuitive. Not a great service but hey ho, at least the corrector is great!

i would have written a review before but just got back into the country, purchased a few weeks ago works well but the BOTH of the silicone spacers - the silicone after 1 week of use for both items the silicone at its thinnest area has come apart on both of the items - its not thick enough so after walking and running it breaks in two so does not stay in position - can you send me another two to test please - i hope its a one off
