Easy to install on the back of a Panasonic. Needs to be tightened properly or it has a tendency to fall sideways. However, once installed the antenna works very well; receives loads of stations and produces really high quality sound! Be aware that at its full extension it's well over a metre! I don't have it fully extended, as I haven't found it necessary.

How necessary and effective this aerial is will depend entirely on where you live and the problem you want to solve.I live in a strong DAB area but always prefer to listen on FM. Trouble is, this has to come from the distant Wrotham transmitter - Oxford is closer but the Chilterns are in the way - so the signal needs all the help it can get. I fitted the aerial to my home-office Ruark R2i, whose standard aerial extends to barely 60cm.The improvement is noticeable. I can now enjoy Radio 3 on FM whenever I like, rather than just when the atmospheric conditions are helpful. I still have to put the R2i into mono mode - but stereo from speakers 21cm apart is really only wishful thinking anyway, so that's no great loss. The strong DAB signal is still there if I want something that's not broadcast on FM.Incidentally, I also tried the Bingfu FM dipole aerial, hoping the 3m cable and the wider choice of aerial position would get me a stronger signal, but it didn't. So I suggest that if a full-fat rooftop FM aerial isn't practical or economic, this one is about as good as an indoor aerial can get. It's a bit expensive for what's really a very basic item, but the radio cost a lot more and it's not much use without a decent signal.

This really is great quality doesn't feel cheap put the adapter on and its fits perfectly in to my Bose wave. Getting more clear stations and with RDS on most channels. Recommend

Bought this to replace the wire antenna that came with my new midi-hifi. Didn't really make much difference in receiving UK DAB stations, but I think that may be as much to do with my hi-fi as the antenna, as ultimately it's a standard design, pretty well made, and easy to attach to the right port.

I wanted a rod aerial for an old AM/ FM HiFi tuner.This aerial comes with several adapters, so it was simply a case of finding the right fitting and attaching the aerial.It's not overly long, but I get a beautiful clear signal on all of my stored FM stations.

Easy to install. Picked up all the strong signalled stations but not the weaker ones. Not bad for the price though. Will probably get different stations in different areas.

So my father had a 10 year old Bose stereo that had seen better days. He patched it up however the FM radio reception was poor. . I bought this and within a few minutes he was listening to crystal clear FM reception.The product itself is good quality, extends easily but with enough resistance to suggest it will last. There are a number of different connectors/adapters which should cover most people’s devices but check the pictures before you order. The price was good and delivery was next day. All in all a good buy. Would recommend.

The antenna does not work with the radio I bought it for. The radio works with the antenna provided with the radio but the signal is intermittent. I bought this antenna thinking it would provide a better quality signal. Unfortunately, it does not pick up any signal at all on any radio station.

DAB Radio konnte einige Sender nicht mehr abspielen, Empfang war einfach schlecht egal wohin die alte Antenne ausgerichtet war. Die neue Antenne angeschraubt und sofort war wieder guter Empfang bei allen Sendern. Super, so solls sein.

J'espérais, vu la longueur, récupérer du signal qui me fait défaut avec une antenne filaire. Ce n'est pas le cas. Donc inutile pour moi.
