I love coffee syrups and when i saw this, I had been in 2 minds about weather to buy it as I didn't fully know what to expect. Minty? Biscuity? The while liquid suggests peppermint? I took a chance on it yesterday and it arrived today. I'm a huge fan of monin syrups ranging from salted caramel all the way to the festive ones like pumpkin spice and gingerbread so I was hoping it would be just as good as those. As soon as I saw the syrup was 2 stops away from me, I got the kettle boiled and put some coffee into a cup ready so I could use some as soon as it got here. Well.... I opened it and it smells great just like some Christmas iced biscuits. Then I poured some into my cup..... Not good, it has the consistency of water (unlike monin syrups which are much thicker). Still, I hoped the taste test would blow my taste buds with some festive goodness....Nope.... Smelling my coffee I can actually smell the coffee (Monin syrups make everything flavoured including the smell). Taste wise you can tell there's syrup in there but it just doesn't have any flavour. Apart from making the coffee sweeter, there's nothing from it. Disappointing and I wouldn't buy this or another Jordan's syrup again, I will just stick to Monin in future. Sure, it smells lovely when sniffing the bottle but when used, I might as well have just bought some cheap sweeteners for around £1.

DO NOT give this a try learn from my mistake either I got a bad one or it is just completely horrible. Save your money no returns accepted so that's just money up in flames!!

Taste great but too expensive
