Great shampoo and conditioner! I assume it helped deter the lice, we didn't get reinfected. Some reviews complained about the smell, it is a very strong Rosemary. My grands and I love it and wish the company would make a body wash. I caught them using the shampoo as a body wash but they don't know how to use a minimal amount so it's a bit expensive.If you and yours are used to herbs and their pungent smell you will enjoy it, especially when it deters the lice!

Softens without need for conditioner. Very high quality. Even my kids prefer it.

I love the fact that when you buy the big 2 pack it comes with 2 pumps so it’s easier to use rather than tilting the bottle upside down. We’ve been using this shampoo for some years now since our daughters started school.Knock on wood but so far we haven’t had any incidents. We also use the conditioner spray every morning before heading to school.I realize this is a pretty expensive shampoo however I’m more scared of lice so for us it’s a staple as long as we have school aged kids.

Smells great, natural ingredients and repells lice. A child of mine had lice a few years ago, after it was cleared up I found this shampoo its only thing I buy for my kiddos and it works!

I like this product because it gives me a hope that my kids have some kind of protection against head lice. But one of the pumps isn't working.

Just WOW! I was definitely skeptical at first but after a lice outbreak from summer camp last year that seemed to take MONTHS to get rid of and more money than we should have spent on removing those nasty critters I needed a sanity break. So on a whim we purchased this and there have not been one pesky little bug return! Our daughters hair (all four of them) is not only lice free but smells INCREDIBLE, it’s soft, manageable for brushing and is so shiny! I can’t tell you how amazed and happy I am that we did purchase the shampoo and conditioner! We also bought the larger bottles around September 2019 and I just rebought the large bottles the other day (May 2020).
