Good product, but timer options are limited
This is a sturdy product that works well, and the enclosure seems to be fairly well water-tight. This is good, because the other timers I've tried typically fail after one season, because water gets into the innards and the unit dies, or gets ruined by bugs crawling into the circuits.My only complaint is that the watering times are limited. You must set an "on" time, and then you can repeat it every 12 hours or 24 hours. I wish I could set it to run at multiple times a day, at any time I want.

Couldn't get it to seat properly, it leaked
I could never get it to seal properly on the faucet. This was the 2nd automatic sprinkler device I had purchased and this is the second one that leaked. I have a standard outdoor spicket. There is nothing unusual but even with a washer, it still leaked. It would have been a wonderful device. Just set it and forget it. A different device I bought on Amazon leaked so badly I even tried marine silicone and it still leaked! It ended up in the recycling bin. I gave up on this one. I was never able to get it to seat properly.

Simple to setup
Simple to setup. Added several hose lines and control each hose independently by leaving open any hose you want the timer to service and close the others. Simple and rain sensor does what you expect.

You cannot program it to run two different hours
Its great I but you have to have it run in specific incraments I would like mine to run right after dark and right before dawn but you have to set it to however many hours apart exactally not custom times

Thrilled with the purchase
Very easy to use and it works real well! My wife has potted plants that always die each year when we go on vacation. Ordered this system with a weeping hose and we came back to thriving, happy plants (away for 10 days). Very happy!

Doesn't work
No matter what I do it is always on. I followed the directions, programmed it. Checked program multiple times. Make sure dial was on run and not in manual. Always on no matter what. Guess it's gonna get returned. Seems like it should be easy, if it worked.

Simple, durable and cost effective
The product is simple to set up and operate and appears to be well made and quite functional. Tech support was very helpful in addressing a set up question.

Instructions are not very helpful.
We can’t get it to work! When it’s on manual, it doesn’t run. When it’s on auto, it just runs and runs - and doesn’t shut off. The instructions are poor.
