I have been taking various brands of collagen for skin, hair, nails and knee joints for about four months now. This includes other GNC variations. After about six weeks, I noticed positive changes in my skin and major improvement in my nails. Accelerated my hair growth. I'm really happy that I can buy this product on Amazon now. I am 51 years old and have had a lot of joint pains as I get older. I find when I take 2 pills a day consistently, my joint health is very improved and I can jog and exercise like I'm in my 40s again. I don't notice a lot of skin enhancements, and I guess that's just part of aging. There are tons of benefits to taking this daily for me, and I don't take any other supplements that I use. Just a decently healthy diet. (I will have McDonalds and treats still) ;)
