Pleased with this purchase so far.
After looking at hundreds of knife sets in this price range for several weeks I was going crazy. Decided to pull the trigger on these and so far I am please with the purchase. The knives are stout, and razor sharp. The block is good quality as well. Seems to be a great knife in this price range. Would recommend.

Great knives!
I've had my Cangshan TS steak knives for two years and they're great. Weight, balance, appearance, sharpness - all great. I'm a Wusthof guy for general kitchen knives and came across Cangshan while researching a steak knife upgrade. Glad I took a chance! Highly recommend!

Solid well balanced feel.
Great gift. Knives are very ergonomic, balanced, and sharp. Prefer the straight blade over serrated. My only wish was that they offered a straight blade set with a brown wood handle that would've matched her kitchen knives from you guys. Great product though!

Sharp Enough to Shave Hair!
In the Navy, we rated our knives according to their ability to dry shave the hair off the back of our hands... these Cangshan knives pass that test right out of the box!
