Humbee Deluxe Edition Electric Wine Aerating Decanter

I love my Humbee Chef My Sommelier Aerating Wine Decanter. It was easy to set up, extremely easy to use, and looks great on my wine bar. Can’t wait to use it during parties as it’s a great conversation piece and makes any wine very smooth and taste amazing. I love that it lights up and there is a timer built in to the decanter. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

What an amazing device! I tried the wine before and after and could not believe the difference! It took me a minute to figure out what to do and how to set the timer, but now I think that 3-5 minutes is perfect for the wine I drink. This decanter is high tech and super fun to use and watch. Once the decanter is empty, it comes apart and rinses clean very easily. I am so excited about my new toy, that I am purchasing two more as Christmas gifts for friends and family. Sorry, my video is not great quality.... but you get the idea. :)

Carafe could be made better bottom part & seal doesn' fit flush and seamless. Saw other reviews with same problem,this is just poor quality control for the price. Suggestion to users... fill half way with water & pour out slowly while rotating checking for leaks then you can move the rubber seal ring where any leakage occurs,then you're good to go.Works for me & could save some great wine. It does work great and fun to use but manufacturer should address the carafe/seal issue or even a replacement or swap.

I have asked for a refund because it leaks but the ignore! DO NOT BUY!

This wine aerator arrived quickly. And it's simple to use. The decanter looks so tiny - you would never think a bottle of wine would fit in it, but it does! Just pour the bottle into the decanter, and set the timer for however long you feel you need to aerate. Depending on the wine - I've used 5, 10, and 20 minutes. As you can see in the photo, the panel and decanter light up while it's running. It doesn't make a sound either - it's very quiet. Like I said in the headline, this unit is half the price of the other wine aerator. Only difference I can see is this is a glass decanter and the other one uses a Spiegelau decanter. I have 5 decanters already, so why pay more? It's fun to do two experiments. First, fill the decanter with water so you can see the funnel in action. Next, first pour a bit of wine from the bottle into your glass. Then pour the rest in the decanter to aerate. You will usually be able to tell a difference in the wine. Sometimes a big difference. Happy sipping!

This product worked for a few months but then it starts leaking. The ring on bottom does not seal. Wine leaks all over counter so beware where to place it . I have bought two for gifts and the same thing happened on both. They start out great but don't last.

I love this item. I bought an inexpensive bottle of Robert Mondavi Private Reserve Private Selection Merlot to give it a trial run. My wife and I did a before\after test and were extremely pleased with the improvement in the taste and aroma.The overall look of the unit is classy and sleek. Fits well on the bar. Cleaning the unit is extremely easy. Definitely will see some use.

This is an impressive piece of equipment. The product manual could be a little more explanatory but the device is: entertaining, extremely effective, and well designed. Most of all, it is easy to use and clean. Highly recommend it....makes an excellent gift.
