This is a superb knife, be very careful it is wonderfully sharp. It feels great in the hand, great balance. Take care of it properly an I think it will last forever. Very impressed.

This is a really good carving knife, very sharp and feels comfortable to use, not too heavy. I have a few Furi Knives and I am very pleased with them. The price is good too.

I like a slightly heavier knife and a handle that fits my largish hand and find that this knife is ideal on both accounts and appears to have a good blade. As it’s stainless it’s also easier to clean, I have a habit of sharpening my knives whenever I use them so I cannot say how well it holds it’s sharpness but it does cut nicely.

Brought for my son, a dedicated cook I can confirm it sharpens well, however in comparison to our other knives the handle is a bit small, if you have larger hands this might be a consideration.

...since sliced bread. Well balanced, looks cool and it is very sharp. Slices through sourdough loaves from Lidl like butter. A bit expensive for a bread knife but it performs better than I expected, I'm using it for a year now and it is still sharp (and well maintained), so no complaints there.

A very comfortable and balanced kitchen knife, it fits right or left hand in use. One of the sharpest knives I have ever seen on first use. Will not be really used until Christmas then an updated review will be made.

I'm not great at visualising cm, even with a ruler in front of me, so t's a little longer than expected (accurate to their description though), but works well, holds an edge and is comfy to use.

A lovely blade which keeps its edge, with a decent weight and a nicely balanced handle. Have used daily for over a year now and it still looks perfect. Most of my other knives have gone now!

Sharpened straight out of the box. Blade and handle of the same length. Very easily to manage and use. Handle feels good in the hand. Washing is a breeze too.

This knife is super sharp and easy to use. Replaced my Kmart knife with this as I had a lot of difficulties cutting corn with the Kmart knife. This is so much better, heavy, and easy to grip!

I love this knife

This knife is my "go to" knife when prepping in my kitchen. It sharpens easily and the edge is razor sharp. If I had to choice to have only one knife it would be the Furi Pro hands down! Note: I have had a Furi Pro knife for many years this one is for my RV.

Love Furi knives and this one is great! Cuts well and has a good hand feel and weight.
