Q: my daughter is 5 months she wears size 3-6 months, will it fit?

It might be a bit big. My daughter started wearing it around 10 months. There are 2 different sizing buttons on the onesie so you can use the smaller one first. She still fits it at 14 months.

Q: Is there glitter on this?

No I don't remember there being glitter on it.

Q: My daughter weighs 22 pounds what size would you reccomend?

My honest opinion is just buy the actual Disney version because it's not as nice as the picture.. mine was actually really bad . So we got the disney official one for like the same price and so much better . Size wise it runs pretty accurate but to the smaller size so I would recommend going to the size up that she is . Like if she is close to 12 month or that size in clothes I would do the 12 up size .

It was for my daughter's first b-day. I ordered the 18-24 and it fit fine, although at the time she was wearing larger sizes than her age. For the price I think it is worth the risk, and it is adjustable. Hope that helps.
