Fluffy, first time out of the box.
I took the machine out of the box, read the directions, and couldn't be happier. I used 2 large eggs, split a mini moo between the 2 eggs and followed what the directions said, and the omelets were fluffy and yummy. I could never do that on my own. Definitely a winner. I think I'll build meals around the omelets. Breakfast, lunch and dinners can be fluffy omelets with assorted sides. A winner for me.

Great appliance!
Great for making breakfast ahead of time or for the next day or week. Don't have to mess with the oven for egg bakes, just plug in, heat up, and pour in your ingredients. I read other reviews about it taking 10 mins to cook. That is correct, 2 omletts in 10 mins! Spray w/ cooking spray and wipe clean when you're done.

good little gadget
Ordered this to make kids omelette for breakfast before school. Works great. Quick and super easy. The only thing I wish it had was a timer that beeped when done. There is a light indicator so not a huge deal, but would be nice to have the beep for a busy mom juggling 100 things in the am. Overall, would purchase again. I use once a week and have loved it. Would buy again.

Better than a restaurant
It makes a delicious omelette. An excellent meal that takes very little time to Prepare and cook. A great way to satisfy my protein that I need. I then add salsa, provolone cheese, pepper and onion and as I said it’s better than a restaurant omelette. Easy to clean And easy to use I set the timer for 12 minutes and I forget about it.

smell
This unit works okay. It does not cook food as fast as other brands and seems to reach and stay at a slightly lower temp than other similar appliances of different brands. The one most objectionable characteristic is the smell of heated plastic or rubber every time I used it.

perfect fit.
I bought this to replace my Express GT100 . The non-stick surface of the Brentwood TS-255 is of much better quality. It also heats up much quicker! This isn't limited to cooking eggs. You can make biscuits, cakes, & much more with thisgreat little cooker.7

Disapointing Purchase
I had great expectations for this appliance. The reviews seemed positive overall, and the price was certainly reasonable. The first impression when I removed it from the box, was it seemed very light. I recently purchased a Dash mini waffle maker, and it is heavier than this unit (and an amazing little appliance!) The housing had a small crack on the inside lip in the front, but I was prepared to overlook this small flaw. I tested the unit, following manufacturers instructions. The first issue was when the instructions said, " snap latch closed after adding ingredients." This would have been difficult considering there is no latch. It was not broken, just not here, this part of the unit does not exist. There is a red light and a green light to let you know when unit is heated up, or your omelet is done. The green "light" is only a green coating over a clear lens. Since it was just dabbed on, it was necessary to cup your hand around the light to be able to tell if it was on. But, the real issue arose with my omelet batter. I tried making the amount it suggested with two eggs. The cups are not full, so the top is not touching the egg. It cooks solely from the bottom and two eggs gives a very thin, dried out omelet. Next I tried a larger portion in each cup. Even filling to the top of the bottom cups does not make the batter reach the top heating unit. Consequently, the omelet is only cooked through on the bottom. The top and middle are still liquid requiring flipping the omelet over to then cook the raw part. This is messy and cancels the purpose of the omelet maker . I am very unhappy, I will be returning the unit. I am not sure I will be willing to take a chance on another brand.
