Don't have the instructions on how to use
suppose to have vibration mode, but doesn't tell you how! very confusing, but I do like the lights on the machine but don't know if they work for sure, I'll let you know after several months, hope this isn't a ripoff!!!

Device works great
This machine is amazing so far! I can feel the microcurrent penetrating my facial muscles. I have used it almost 3 months. My skin glows after I use it and my acne lessens a ton. The blue really helps with inflammation and the Red makes my skin look very new, soft and glowy. I like the device and am using it.

My question to anyone who is using this product is, Is there any movement in the head of the wand or is the treatment just the penetration of the light. I do not feel a thing. On the you tube video, as the user increased the level she could feel it change. I feel nothing. Is this normal or is this one defective. hopefully someone can help me out. thanks.It's hard to rate this product if I don't know if it's working

IMPRESSIVE BEAUTIFUL LITTLE PEARLY WHITE MEDICAL ITEM. Sure, it is not dangerous
I put 4 stars because the nice display is too small (for old persons!), and the power is not enough strong... It means example, for the RF, must to be 1 MHz. Nothing on the little booklet or on the box...Plus, the LEDs photons, I think not enough power too because normally you must take true UV400 to take your eyes (especially the BLUE!). As evidence, the LEDs are not strong... No UV glasses in the box!So, the program is 10mins... I will try 2x10 because I repeat myself (!) not enough power as a medical professional item.Also, no explanations, how to use the Ultrasonic. Fortunately, I know! You must put a gel on the big probe head.As you can see in my photos (8!), I bought a white AC plug, a black hard box, and a black pouch to protect well my investment.5 stars pretty sure, for the next model, they will make if they follow the customers' explanations (bigger display, more power)...

Defective LED Device
I want to return this LED Device. It gave me electric shocks on my face and I think it's not normal. I got so scared that I don't want to try to use it again. Probably it's defective.
