These pelvic weights are the real deal........they do the job that they were intended to do. I belly dance and we have to have great pelvic floor muscle strength to do a lot of our moves. These greatly assist in that process. Also they're very very comfortable and it's actually cute that no one knows that you're wearing them.I'm 55 yrs young and while I'm no Spring Chicken............I'm not showing any signs of slowing down either! Life was a blast in my 20's & 30's, but now life's a blast and I'm wiser. Keeping it real ladies!

I was very happy with the texture and craftsmenship. Past balls have been harder ro clean. Cleans very well. The first level ball is nice the last is heavy but perhaps too small? So far these have been my best find. The price is reasonable. Another reviewer said about the string being tuff i agree but i just deal with it. Best your gonna find at this price. I am happy with my purchace.

I'd seen this product in a store and instantly fell in love, but I didn't love the price tag it came with haha.I ordered from amazon and was extremely, pleasantly surprised when my order came swiftly.The 3 weights are a joy to wear (for more than one reason!). Once inserted, there is no discomfort and they are rather comfortable. (Bonus points ladies if you forget they are there...!)The first weight was too light for me, so I switched to #2 which was a little more challenging; the weights are sized so that #1 and #2 won't just fall out, which is nice but it's still a good workout keeping them in place!#3 is a little tricksier since it's slimmer than the other 2 and heavier so you really have to work at keeping it in place.All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase; the toys can be washed with antibacterial hand soap, they're easy to store in their little box so they won't get knocked around etc. Take care to clean well around the top though, there is a tiny little ridge so you'll want to make sure you clean that thoroughly.I give this product 5/5; easily the best kegel weights I've ever used. :)

I'll first start by saying these products were well made. they are soft and easy to clean. however I found them to be slightly pointless. not very heavy. very similar to having a tampon. I didn't feel like I had to try to keep them in at all, I wasn't engaging any muscles to keep them in. I know I don't have any strength down there at all, I've had 2 kids and don't have much muscle control, hence why I got them. however, it could be that I just have no idea what I'm doing and that's why I didn't feel like they worked.

The product came on time and looked very chick, but the balls are big and kind of lite. I would expect them to be a little heavier and smaller.

super Qualität, schöne Verpackung und gute Handhabung.allerdings ist di leichteste kugel zu groß. also die tut auch mit gel richtig weh bis sie man drin ist.und generell sind die ersten zwei für mich auch zu leicht.die dritte ist schon besser, aber die kann man auch den ganzen tag tragen ohne Muskelkater zu kriegen.und die gewichtangaben stimmen nicht ganz. also wenn man es auf eine waage legt,ist es schon um 10g oder so leichter.also als set bringt es nur was wenn man weiß, dass man wirklich gar keine Muskulatur dort hat und wirklich nie länger sein pipi halten kann

Die Je Joue Ami Kegel Balls wurden - wie von amazon bekannt - sehr schnell geliefert. Von außen war nicht erkennbar, was sich hierin befand.Die Kugeln werden in einer sehr edlen Verpackung geliefert, in die sie auch wieder zurück gelegt werden können.Aktuell nutze ich die kleinste und leichteste Kugel, wobei auch diese schon relativ groß ist. Das Einführen ist dennoch mithilfe von Gleitgel möglich. Die schwerste Kugel fühlt sich schon erstaunlich schwer an - habe allerdings noch keine Erfahrungen damit gemacht.

Se me rompió el cordón enseguida en la que más usaba . No las utilizo me da mucha pereza . No las volvería a comprar . Parece la calidad buena pero la rotura del cordón , sin mala utilización tan rápidamente , no me convence
