My father uses these as his ears get blocked with wax all the time, this helps in softening it , easy to use just slant your head a bit and put a few drops , can be done on our own . overall good price and quality.

May not be sterilised
it's much cheaper than chemist oil but after using months realised it may be not sterilised and keeping or making more dirt in my ears as I have suffered ear problems for years. Should have bought one from the chemist.
