I purchased this product for my boyfriend and he absolutely enjoys each part of it! The pull up bar was easy to assemble and very sturdy even for taller and larger people. He always has the tension handles in his hand and the jump rope is great to have for cardio type exercise.Highly recommended if you are constantly looking to find different ways to work out for a great price.

This is the first time I have purchased any of the Blade Health Products, so I was a little wary of this purchase. However, when I opened the box, I immediately realized how well all three of the products were built. The jump rope is well constructed. I don’t know what the cord is made of, but it has already stood up to a fair amount of daily abuse with no effect to its performance and no visible wear and tear. The hand grip strengthener has a soft foam grip, and it has a medium resistance. This product also gets daily use and seems to be holding up fine. The Pull up bar was by far and away the best of the 3 products. The entire frame was made of metal tubing VERY STRONG except for the crossbar which is made of plastic. At first, I thought this piece of plastic was them cutting corners but after installing it on my door frame I can see that the plastic is a critical and intentional design choice so that it does not damage the door frame.

Looked great, easy to assemble but i guess we have extra wide door frames so it didnt fit :/

Works as advertised. For the price you can't beat this. The jump rope that came with bj it was surprisingly good with bearings so it rotates smoothly. The grip strengthener is what you'd expect. The customer service is where they excelled!One of the screws was mangled at the end so the nut wouldn't work. We emailed them and got a response the next day asking for clarification so they could help. They were very responsive and got us a replacement right away as well as further emails making sure everything was all right. Can't beat that service. Even if this product was only okay I'd give them 5 stars on their service alone. That being said, the product is great anyways!!

When I first ordered it , it was missing a part. The business responded to me directly and replaced it right away. I appreciate how they responded so fast and made sure I was happy with my product. It is now installed and me and husband use it. It holds our weight just fine, it's very sturdy and reliable. A great product to buy, most especially having great business ethics incorporated to customers. Thank you!

Bar does not fit my door way, noted that it is not wide by any circumstances. Jump rope is of poor quality and anyone around 5’6” or under should not consider using it. Highly disappointed but don’t let my experience discourage others from trying it out.

I had another mom suggest that I get a pull-up bar for my teen who’s always on the computer. She said it was the best purchase she ever made, and she was right.My son uses this everyday! You get what you pay for with this little set, the jump rope is so, so quality, but my tween uses it so that’s a plus, as for the hand grip, not sure that’s getting used. It connects easy to the door frame, but is also easy to remove. And there are a few different way to grip the handles (palms facing you or palms facing each other) working different parts of your arms.You can see the tape from the pictures. My toddler got a hold of it and ripped the foam. But I don’t think that speaks for the quality, it wasn’t ripped from use/wear and tear.Overall great purchase!!

1. Hand exerciser has cheap padding, metal digs into your hand. Cheap control plate is simple stamped sheet metal; it clanks loudly (bad for office use) and probably won't last.2. Jump rope is mediocre plastic that doesn't spin smoothly.3. Pull-up bar is the worst. The top middle bar which sits on top of the door frame is cheap, hollow plastic so fragile I damaged the socket hole just trying to tighten the screw. I damaged it by finger-tightening, not even using the wrench. I'm 6'1 and 190lbs, not exactly a beefcake either. No matter how I do it, I can't get a tight closure. It wobbles loosely and I'd be surprised if it lasted more than a month of regular use.Obviously I'll be returning this cheap crap and investing in better gear.

Best package for a door pullup bar ever! Best price and best thing is it came w a skipping rope and a hand grip thing! The only thing is it was a bit flimsy like I could not assemble it with the ring (washer) like in the photo since the screws were a bit short for that. However, great price. V elegant and sleek design for the pull up bar (I like the fact that it was small and compact too, not bulky and does not take up too much space like the other one) Small but def still powerful for sure. v good product. Shipping was very fast. Somewhat easy to assemble. Just the bolt is a little to short to start with the spring washers, so you might have a hard time capping it in for a while.Don't bother with the tiny metal holder that wedges between the door trim. It's to flimsy to hold any weight. Instead, I suggest screwing the top (plastic) piece into a cripple stud if you want to make sure it's sturdy.

My wife, myself and two kids all love the pull up bar. It is a good home exercise equipment.

Had the same problem as the user before, the package came re-taped and beat up and the assembly parts looked as though someone had already tried using them (bolts partially stripped on the end, scratches on bars, etc). Makes sense that it would have been returned previously as the long bolts weren’t long enough to screw through both sections and comfortably get the nut on with the spring washer underneath. Tried without the spring washers and they just barely fit on with movement between the bars, definitely doesn’t feel safe.Also worth mentioning the outside handle segments of the bar hung loosely inside the main section even after it was screwed in and rattled around when grabbing/moving it. Very poor quality and a waste of time, will be returning.
