I ordered one it came missing the tree charm. in order to get the free shipping again, I had to order two, along with a mug I ordered for my father. To get the order over $25 for free shipping bu amazon. the price on the bracelet also went up by close to $2 the second time I had to order them, which is annoying. The first one was defective, they should have replaced it for free with the same product for what I paid. I just ended up giving one to a different aunt, in addition to the original Aunt that it was for. Both arrived on Christmas Eve which was good they were Christmas gifts. I'm returning the one that's missing a charm I wish they could have replaced it rather than making me order over $25 again to get the free shipping. Kind of goofy, but oh well both aunts like it. Cute, a little overpriced for what it is but a nice Christmas present they're both enjoying it.

I would have given a five star but I just can't. Brought this item as a gift to my nieces. They loved it and so did I they called me the next day to tell me that their charms fell off and they can't find them, I'm very disappointed. Charms are not secure tight on the bracelet so that they don't come off . I brought several of these bracelets with different sayings and I'm just not happy. I'm embarrassed 😬 about this thinking I was getting something nice but it's a rip off.

My aunt loved this bracelet. She wears it every day. I highly recommend it.
