La Roche-PosayToleriane Sensitive Fluide Protective Moisturizer, Lightweight Oil-Free Face Moisturizer, For Sensitive Skin

This is now my holy grail. I have a mixed skin and sometimes more oily than mixed, a few weeks ago I was having breakouts and then my skin barrier was compromised because a bad reaction to niacinamide. I stopped everything and I didn’t know what moisturizer to use because La Mer was too heavy, Rhode was breaking me out so I thought I needed something lighter and I tried this (recommended by ChatGPT) lol. And WOW, it keeps my skin so hydrated without that oily, thick feeling that most moisturizer leave. It kinda resembles Neutrogena hydro boost hydrating gel but this actually made a difference, helped me clear my skin within 2 weeks of using it paired with the mela b3 serum and antihelios spf. Love love love and I definitely recommend.

This moisturizer is just epic. It is awesome for use in the sandwiching method for those using tretinoin. Yes, it’s pricy, but it’s really good quality and worth it. It isn’t oily at all and leaves your skin super soft and not greasy.

This really is great. I live in a very dry region and must find something that is more hydrating and nourishing than this bc. I needed to reapply this several times a day. Otherwise, a great, lightweight, non-oily moisturizer!

I got this for my fungal acne (malessezia) prone skin, thinking maybe it would be a good replacement for my Cerave moisturizing cream (the kind in the tub). Unfortunately, since I am using tretinoin this moisturizer is just not quite enough for my skin on its own- so I have to layer the Cerave over it. But it feels wonderful going on- super light -like a lotion and serum combo! AND it has not aggrevated fungal acne at all! Before tretinoin I had very oily skin. Now it’s combination with some pretty dry, flaky patches and I need the extra moisture. If I wasn’t using tretinoin, I bet this would be perfect on its own.

This is a very good moisturizer for oily, acne prone skin or sensitive skin. It even has niacinamide in it which is so gentle and evens out tone and texture. It’s not very thick, it’s more of a watery consistency, but you can layer more on as needed.I use it during the day under sunscreen and makeup, than use a thicker moisturizer at night. My skin is oily so I appreciate how lightweight it is under makeup. I must have re bought this over 20 times in the past 3 years and will continue. Absolutely worth every penny.

Just coming out of a rather extreme bout of barrier damage and this has been one of the more comfortable options that helped without causing burning. Not very strong in terms of its moisturizing abilities but excellent in terms of offering some moisturizing effects without causing a flare in the sensitivity level.

Literally saved my skin barrier and did not break me out! Love that it’s fragrance-free and that it comes in a pump bottle! Consistency is thin and is absorbed quickly. Simple and safe ingredients yet effective! My new holy grail!

I just decided to write this review if anyone has super reactive skin like me & was looking to use this product because it has very gentle ingredients. Im not exactly sure what it is about this product that caused this , but while using this I got 3 painful under the skin acne lesions. Now I do have sensitive skin that can react oddly to products no matter what the product claims so I am not saying at all it won’t work for most people , but just a fair warning to anyone that struggles with acne prone skin or overly reactive skin. This product did also make my skin overly oily where I don’t have that issue with my normal moisturizer.
