Just what I wanted!
These bands are just what I had been looking for and at a really good price. I wasn't sure which strength of band I needed so really liked the fact there were 3 of varying strength included. They come in a really handy bag and best of all there is an instruction booklet with some exercises to get you started. The following night I could really feel like my muscles had had a workout! Great for working out when you ant get to the gym. Highly recommend :)

Not durable
absolutely awful! heavy band snapped after first use, only 20 min into my workout too! medium band also defective, has tiny holes in it. Definitely would not recommend, they always roll up and pinch my skin.

3 levels of colour coded resistance
I bought this product instead of others because I didn't need more than 3 resistance levels. Easy to pick the one I want to use as each has a different colour. So far work fine, I've been using them for a few weeks.
