This coffee is great. It shipped very fresh and was sealed well. The grind works well for pour-over, although a little fast for my tastes. I like the water to really soak for a while which would mean a finer grind. I'm sure for conventional coffee makers it's the perfect size. That said the bloom on the grounds was HUUUUGE and really satisfying great work there.Admittedly I accidentally ordered the ground - I typically buy beans. But either way it's great coffee!!

Coffee came very quickly! Packaging was great and coffee was in amazing condition. I was surprised on how big the bag was (1 pound) and drinking the first cup today, so good! Coffee is clearly high quality gourmet coffee and taste very fresh! There is something beautiful when coffee and sharing the gospel meet! Not only did I get great coffee, more importantly through my purchase 9 children experience the gospel! Highly recommend this coffee.
