I am 100% satisfied with this. Even though I have not applied it after I ran out, there are still no racoons, possums or anything else, including deer, on our property. This is a Godsend!! Before I got this, we had racoons going in our duck and geese pens, eating their food and they devastated my duck population earlier this year. Since applying it, there are no signs of racoons or any other pest/ predator

This stuff does absolutely nothing. I put some down on a spot in our garage where we were having trouble with some of our kitties peeing and marking without a litter box. The same four who always used that spot walked right over these granules as if they weren't there. So instead of using the recommended amount, I plastered the whole spots with this stuff. Same result. No effect. The kitties walked right over the product with no hesitation whatsoever as if it were sand. (We have a surveillance camera pointed at this spot so we could see exactly what was happening.) You're wasting your money to buy this.

I live in a mobile home and we found that we had possums under it. We caught 3 and thought that was enough so we tried this, we just sprinkled it around and we haven’t had any problems since!!

Saturated the area under my carport where a groundhog was trying to make a home. Used some lead poision on his kinfolk, but his back rebuilding his condo.

Worked for me, but you have to give it some time to take effect. Just read the instructions and have the patients to wait 2 weeks for the results and you will be surprised that it actuality works! I was disappointed at first when the cat did not budge but slowly after a few days she started showing up less frequent and she was gone after 2 weeks. Would recommend that you give it a try.

Update: its now fall heading into winter and another cat showed up. Put more Stay Away out, as instructed and it has not been back! We have 2 indoor cats. There are also 2 neighborhood cats that began showing up every other day. Causing misplaced aggression issues between our 2 indoor cats. The product kept them away, as promised. THANK YOU!

completely useless. is there supposed to be an odor to it? I didn't smell anything. Neither did the feral cats. I shook the container as directed. I sprinkled around the whole yard, using twice as much as indicated. I sprinkled a lot in the area where one feral cat sleeps. Less than 12 hours later, the cat is curled up on the product. No rain, no irrigation. No reason for it to not work, other than the product is useless.

Let's see... I've bought this product a few times from Menards only this time it wasn't the same, the smell wasn't strong, it was practically nonexistent and it seemed like some was used bcuz it's usually more inside being filled towards the top needless to say I'm very disappointed!
