I started taking this 10-23-2017 to 1-25-2018 every single day, so I’ve hit the 3 month mark. I read that it was best to take a break every 3-4 months of use for a week and to do a cleanse. I’ve been a skinny girl all of my life so the EXTREMELY RARE time I would gain weight, it would go to my hips, butt, and thighs. Since my metabolism is so high, the weight obviously wouldn’t stick. My genetics predetermined that the weight I actually could gain would go straight to my bottom half and never the top. At the beginning of October, I started a weight gain journey with a certain product and low and behold, the weight I was gaining stuck! But like I said, it went to the bottom half. So, I did some DEEP digging to find something for my breasts and I came across this specific brand of PM! It was rated the best potency out there, so I figured why not? Since I finally found something to help me keep my weight on, why not try this? The arrival of this product was so fast and I was super impressed! The packaging (glass bottle) was a plus! I started as soon as I got the bottle. I did not wait until certain phases in my cycle. I was too impatient! I started seeing a difference at 30 days in. Keep in mind, I was a skinny girl so the curves I have now came slower than most. I also started as a 32B. I was also doing breast massages since 7-27-2017 so I think that helped a bit. I have tried probably five different brands and this one worked the fastest and best. Some of the others did not help my breast grow for some reason. This one shocked me because my breasts went from a C cup to a D cup in about a 5 weeks. If I had not experienced it myself I would not have believed how fast it worked. Previously, I had used another brand that grew my breasts from a AA cup to a C cup, but that brand was too pricey and worked slowly. So why am I ordering more of this? It is VERY potent. I couldn't take a full capsule because it caused hormonal headaches BUT if you take a half a cap everyday, no spotting, no headaches. I take mines with my vitamins. When I first purchased in the fall I took a full capsule for a week and my breasts because a B but it was forced and they were so hard and painful. I an AA most of the time. Once I stopped they did go back to normal but it took awhile. So honestly if you take half, do the massages and eat right I think they will stay. I am trying again, just taking half and they have grown but not as extreme as last time and there's no pain. They are very soft, perky (since I am small they are normally perky) but the product does work.

I have never had uterine cysts. My menstrual cycle has always been normal and healthy. Any ultrasounds I've had have always shown no findings (I would get an ultrasound to check my IUD). Within one month of taking this herb (from this company), I developed a large uterine cyst which burts and landed me in the hospital with the most severe pain I've ever had in my life (needed morphine, and still felt some pain even after the morphine). The acute pain lasted for about 24 hrs, so I had to take Norco's just to be able to lay down and rest. After that I suffered a lot of pain for 10 days. CT scan showed tons of fluid all over my pelvis and abdomen. I had a CT scan, ultrasound, and bloodwork that confirmed it was a cyst. Now, I love herbs, and BY NO MEANS am I saying that pueraria won't work for many women. But for me, this is what happened. Since the rupture, I've had another ultrasound (about 2 mo later) and I had not taken the pueraria mirifica since prior to the cyst rupture. I have no cysts anywhere and everything appears normal....again....PLEASE beware. I think the responsible thing would be to have one's hormones checked before deciding on this herb. I don't have any signs of estrogen dominance or high estrogen, and yet this is what happened to me. I'm 33 years old, and again, developed this problem for the first time ever in my life within one month of starting the herb. Process of elimination.....just consider it and be responsible about taking this herb. I was not responsible and I own that.
