This product is exactly what I needed a long time ago. I have to stretch my calf muscles and lower back every single day. Before, I had to do multiple sets for each leg and my back separately. Now I can stretch both legs and my lower back in a single set; saves me time during the mornings while getting ready to leave to work. The construction of this item feels strong, sturdy, well made. There are no loose parts or cracking sounds when I step on it; I weight over 200lbs and this was a major concern for me. On top of that is super easy to move and re-set. I should have bought this years ago! The included spiky ball and resistance tube are good to have. I don't personally use the spiky ball, but you can give it to someone that likes it or a toddler that can use it to play. The resistance tube is about medium-light resistance, at least that's how I feel it. Is good for recovering strength after recovering from an injury. Overall - very happy with this product.

I bought this product as I have severe flat feet and frequently get calf stiffness. I have tried several products prior to this but while some of those do not provide adequate support others are just wobbly when I stand on them. This slant on the other had is excellent and gives very deep stretch. There are several other companies selling these boards however, I bought this one and I am completely satisficed as its very sturdy construction and able to bear my weight without making any sounds ( I weight about 174 lbs ). Adjustable angles also help since you can find your comfortable positive. You will need to do it 30 seconds at a time for 2-3 times everyday to see consistent results.

I received the Slant Board about 3 few weeks ago. Overall, I would say that it is high-quality and is easy to carry, adjust and use. The material on the top provides a good, non-slip grip. Note that there is no material covering the wood on the bottom, so I only use it on carpet or rubber tiles to make sure it doesn't slip. I haven't yet tried to use the spiky ball that comes with it, but the resistance band has come in handy. I also want to mention that the original unit I received had a slight manufacturing defect that had me concerned as to whether it would be able to support my weight. I had already received an introductory customer service email from Raul at DDRPL (the seller), so I reached out to him with my concern. He immediately had a new unit shipped out to me and told me to keep the original unit because he didn't want a defective unit going back into inventory. So not only did I get a new unit, but also I didn't have to hassle with shipping the original one back. Additionally, it was definitely nice to know that the seller wasn't just going to pass the defective unit on to another customer. So needless to say, I would highly recommend this seller!

I bought this slant board as a Christmas present for my wife. She hurt her ankle over the summer, was introduced to slant board stretching during her physical therapy, and wanted to be able to continue on her own. She asked for a metal one, as she heard that the wooden ones are not durable, but I could buy this model 3 times for the cost of the cheapest metal model so I went with it. The board itself seems very sturdy. I weigh about 320 pounds, and the board was just fine when I tried it out. It seemed like it could handle more weight, but I did not test it beyond my weight. It came with a spiky ball, and rubbery stretch rope, but we have not used those, so I cannot comment on their quality. My only minor complaint would be the multiple emails I received from the sellers “customer delight” representative, requesting that I write a review of the product. This includes email before Christmas, but after I told them it was a Christmas present so I could not review it until after the holiday. Don’t get me wrong though, the guy was nice, he just really wanted a review, so here it is. Overall it seems like a good quality product at a fair price, so I recommend it.

This is the identical product used in the Manhattan physical therapy locations I have been to. This is why I needed it at home. It's really hard to stretch your calf out pressing the ball of your foot against your wall. The sneakers always slide. With this product, you can set the angle that works best for you, stand on it - you'll never slip off because of the sandy surface. I do recommend that if using for the first time, be near something like a chair so you can reach over to balance yourself if needed. It's great to quickly stretch out your calf fully. LOVE IT!

I purchased this for some tendonitis in my right foot. After using it only a few times, my foot feels much better. I will use this slant board till I wear it out. It is constructed very well and has handles on each side that make it easy to carry. It came with a band and a foot massager, both of which are extremely useful. Could not beat the price for all three items. Great product. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

Sure, I could build one of these pretty easily, and that would be satisfying. However, the build quality of this is already excellent. It's adjustment is simple and intuitive. The fit and finish are perfect. I would end up spending more money and time to build it, and the finish wouldn't be as good as this.. So even though I'm kind of handy, why not buy a perfect product at a very reasonable price instead? I use this to help stretch my calves and reduce my plantar fascitis. It works as advertised. It's easy to adjust, easy to move, and easy to use. Great product!

This is my 2nd slant board purchase in last t weeks. The first board I purchased was 105$. It's a great adjustable sland board. This board I received today was 50$ and it a mirror image, quality and functionality of the 105$ board. I couldn't buy the material needed to build this for 50$. It's a great product very sturdy. I use it for posture correction and strength training. Highly recommend this product.

Does the trick of stretching the Achilles tendons nicely with multiple angles. The non-slip surface and overall durability are great.

The product box arrived with a large area in the corner peeled off. There is no tape on the box so anyone could have easily opened it. The construction seems stable. But the anti-slippery layer doesn't have a firm grip and I tend to slide. Within a week of use, the anti-slippery layer slowly comes off bits by bits...... Paid 95 CAD for this with free shipping, not worth the price!
