PERFECT! 4 of us bought these and a petticoat for a play we are in. We are all slim but with different body shapes. They fit us all perfectly with no alterations needed. 3 got small, 1 got medium

Great dress. Super comfortable and fit as expected. I agree with other reviewers: go with your bust measurement as the one of most importance. There's no give, so if it doesn't fit there, you won't be able to get the zipper up. I wear a DDD and have a 41" bust and the XL was fine. (I might have been able to get away with the L, as there actually was a little extra room in the XL, but not enough to look bad). Plan to spend at least a half an hour ironing, which will also give you a chance to catch all the small threads that didn't get snipped off. It definitely isn't the highest quality dress, but what do you want for 30 bucks? It's totally worth it. Once I cut the threads, it was fine (I wore it to a red carpet event). Also be sure to take a lint roller with you if you're traveling with it. I do recommend getting a petticoat to wear with it if you're expecting the more formal look, but it could be fun for work without the petticoat. The one gripe I have is that with the black (probably not as much of an issue with other colors), you really can't even see the belt that comes with it. I ended up buying some purple ribbon at Michael's and using that instead because the black belt just blended right in. The belt is also VERY short, so just be aware that you might need to come up with your own solution for that. Overall, it's great and can be worn in different ways for different needs. Fun and flirty, dressy enough for a formal event, can be dressed down for more of an everyday look.

I love this dress!!!! It fit perfectly even though I had to order a 3X! Yikes! (I normally wears a size 14 or 16 dress depending on the cut). I'd highly recommend this dress!! BUY IT!!!

I never write reviews BUT I had to for this one.Love love love love this dress. I have a 38 D bust but wear a size small usually but i was worried it would be too tight up top but this dress fit perfect. Not snug at al. Definitely recommend!!! Not cheaply made either, very elegant

Really nice dress. I am 5'5 and about 157lbs and curvy at the hips. I wear 36B bra. Ordered Large and it fit perfectly. Length is below knee. I want to buy another eventually and am just trying to decide which color to add to my cart until then.

I like this dress a lot!I am 5'5, wear a 36DD, and a 170lbs. Recently I have been buying XL things because I have put on some weight. This dress is a nice material, a great length and and very flattering. I bought it because it looks very similar to a dress from mod cloth. The material is thick so it will be good for the colder days.

Absolutely perfect! I am short waisted and tend to have trouble with shirt-style top dresses fitting properly, but this dress fits just right. The reversible belt (black and matching fabric).
