This is a beautiful chandelier. It was easy to install, but the directions were a little confusing. There were a few screws that we didn’t use. They made it very easy with the “L and N” wires in a clip to attach to the outlet wires (black and white). It did take two people to put it up. Also, we bought the warm g9 bulbs and it was BRIGHT. We ended up ordering a dimmer and dimmer bulbs, so we can adjust the brightness. It was a great value for the money. The only negative thing I experienced was the cheap styrofoam used to pack it, it was literally everywhere because of the cheapness. It didn’t take long to clean it all up though and I’d buy it again knowing this. We’ve only had it for two days now, but it’s very elegant looking.

This was a great purchase. We’ve been looking for a chandelier for a while, but either it was too expensive for what it is or the quality was lacking hence making it look very cheap. Then there was this chandelier. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot, but the reviews really helped me make the decision to purchase and it lived up to all the reviews. No disappointments whatsoever. Without a clear set of instructions, it was a bit of a challenge to install. It’s so much easier with two people. All in all I was able to get everything installed in about 2 hours. We’ve received so many compliments about the chandelier. I must say it add a bit of elegance to the ambience when dining.

We hung this two years ago, and it’s still working and looking perfect! We constantly get compliments on it.Only draw back ( not really) is the lights are super bright. They’re enough to illuminate a section of my lawn through the window. The brightness can. Be easily adjusted with a dimmer switch though.

I get so many compliments on this light. The fixture is extremely bright, I've only got 4 of the 12 bulbs installed in the light until I can get a dimmer switch. The fixture is difficult to install for 1 person, definitely recommend an extra set of hands just because of the size. The G9 bulbs are expensive if you try to buy at a store but were affordable from Amazon.

We put in 25W equivalent LEDs. It's a beautiful piece but soooooooo bright. Either go with lower wattage bulbs or do what we are doing and get a dimmer installed.

My advice is to make a better instruction manual, the whole assemble and installation it was a bit of a pain, but at the end it was worth it.I'm a hands on kind of guy, if this was to someone with less skill the manual will be no help.Love the product and would recommend.

I was very disappointed with this product. And unfortunately, I opened the box after the return window and because it’s a 3rd party, they would not let me return it. The worst part is that once I opened the box, I realized it came in literally a hundred pieces. You have to individually screw on every strand of beads. These are not lights, they are beads on a wire thread. There are literally dozens and dozens of these beaded strands. Then, once installed (and as you can tell the one page of directions are not clear at all) then you have to buy special halogen light bulbs. They are about $5-8 a piece and you need 12 of them! Not good customer service, not good product..I would definitely not recommend this!!
