This is a great breakfast that keeps you full and provides steady energy through the day. The kids also like it as an after school or post-practice/workout snack. Very convenient, since it is grab and go in the morning when made as directed. Takes less than a minute for the kids to mix in a bowl with about half the recommended milk (their preferred way of eating). This is one of only a few flavors everyone likes. Good strawberry flavor and not as sweet as most of the other flavors. The kids make it with milk but I prefer unsweetened almond milk which reduces the sweetness level even more.

Sort of like an oatmeal shake, but flavorful. Held well in my system. I prep these the prior night on fishing trips and have them on the go when we are off to the mountain lakes and/or streams in the early morning (6am). Held off my appetite till noon without clearing out me out like other high fiber food. Good if you are exercising and/or dieting to meet your weight goals. Fairly priced and like the flavors compared to the alternates found in health food and vitamin stores.

The product itself is very convenient and apart from the fact that it contains sucralose, is great overall & has good flavor. Amazon is a good option to purchase if you need it right away versus waiting 5-7 days. Just that it's not as fresh: the powder was kind of clumpy coming out, and still had a bunch of chunks when reconstituted overnight.

I pack these for breakfast as a nurse. Great ingredients, tastes delicious, and a healthy breakfast option.
