GoFit GoFit Foam Roller with Training Manual

Husband and I use the 24" and 18" rollers as a pair for back pain. Place them both on the floor with the blue roller towards top-middle part of your back and red roller towards bottom-middle, support neck with hands folded behind head, knees bent, feet flat on floor and roll up towards your head and down towards your butt. You can feel you back re-align and pop like when you go to the chiropractor. My husband loves it. He used to complain every day about his back hurting. His pain is gone and he can't believe how much better he sleeps at night. Such a simple object...but really effective. Recommended to us by my Dad who heard about it from his Dr. Wish we had found it years ago. Highly recommend.

This item is so well made. We use it everyday and it is holding up great. I was worried it would get soft or break down from so much usage, but it is still in perfect shape.

I started foam rolling six months ago on advice from a massage therapist, first purchasing a 36-inch roller. This is only 18", and it cannot be used for full back relief which is what I use the 36" roller for, However, this is helpful for point therapy where you put one end against a wall and put your shoulders into it, and it is also helpful under the small of your back.This is much firmer and stiffer than the first foam roller that I purchased (at a local store), and it does not compress as much, so you need to use it properly to avoid injury. I have had this for three months, and I am not certain how long it will last. There are already signs of fatigue on the foam cells. As far as foam rollers go, you generally get what you pay for; but at the Goldbox price I paid for this, with free shipping, it was a great value.

Works a designed

I found it works good for loosening tight muscles. I have other brands of foam rollers in other sizes. So far mine is holding up fine after a few weeks of use and this one seems of comparable quality to my other rollers. The Miracle Ball Method: Relieve Your Pain, Reshape Your Body, Reduce Your Stress [2 Miracle Balls Included] are also helpful for muscle loosening. I use those in addition to the foam rollers.

When this product arrived yesterday (delivered by UPS) the box in which it came seemed to be in perfect condition. Likewise, the interior packing material seemed to be in order. There was nothing associated with the packing materials — in any way — that might have prepared me for what I found when I uncovered the product from its most inner plastic covering: the foam roller was already starting to come apart at both ends.The quality of this foam roller is, therefore, highly questionable. To say the least.Very disappointed in the product quality here.Yes, I do have the option of returning the product, technically speaking. However, because we live just south of Anchorage, Alaska, just under $7 for the shipping credit (for returning the product) is not nearly enough to justify trying to get a replacement product under Amazon's normal return policies.Very disappointed indeed!

I really don't know all that this foam roller is used for, but I used it for messaging my IT band after having knee replacement surgery. I only did (and continue to do) only one exercise using this roller. I lie on my side with it under me and roll my body from my hip down to my slightly below my knee, putting my other leg on top of one that needs the messaging. You can tell by the pain where the knots are and I simply roll back and forth over those points about 10 times. The exercise takes about 2 minutes, but it does wonders! I notice a big difference in the stiffness and tightness of my knee if I don't do it, so I will probably continue using this roller every other day for a very long time...
