This stuff is the best. Pour in the product. cap the holes in your piece and shake vigorously. thats it. cuts resin and goo. kills the smell. rinses very clean. where has this been all my life?

Don’t even think about trying to DIY clean your glass or silicone products anymore. Because this cleaner and any of this brand are legit. I literally just pour in half of this making sure I’ve at least coated every part then the rest with water, use plugs. Wait some hours. Then come back rinse, shake, rinse. It’s literally sparkling clean. Like as clean as it first came out the box considering how long you wait until you use it. But even with a lot of residue it’s amazing. Highly recommend. This is a worth purchase everytime. I stock up normally.

LOVE the original cleaner. You don’t need much, just a bit & then shaky shaky until all the sides of your piece are covered. The granules will do all the work getting all the gunk off. Super easy and fast. Great if you have small or awkwardly shaped pieces that might be hard to clean with pipe cleaners. Rinse well & there’s no weird taste after.

I ordered the 3 pack - 2 OG Cleaner and 1 Soak N Rinse. I received 3 of the SnR. The did make this right for me and shipped the correct replacement immediately and it arrived within 3 days.The OG cleaner works GREAT!!! Well worth the $. The Soak N Rinse though didn't seem to work as well on my glass stem. Grant it, that stem was caked but after soaking for almost 30 min, it still struggled coming clean during the rinse. I ended up using the sprayer from my kitchen sink with hot water and was able to work the remaining residue out but it got a little messy doing it that way. So it DOES work but it's not seamless and you will have to put some mild effort into cleaning after the soak and maybe a little clean up of your sink. This was on a stem. Have not tried it on a pipe.

It cleans all glass, it’s a great product and we buy it very often.

I had tried to clean this piece of glass, several times with hot water. I thought the glass had also discolored with time. Used the Soak 420 product and some hot water and let sit for a couple hours. Pulled out of water and allow the water and grossness to run out and was stunned how clean it had gotten. Then used the original 420 and gave it a shake and watched the rest run out. Great product and now use on all my glass.*Above is before and after pictures
