My family has a history of kyphosis (hunchback) and although it has gotten less severe in newer generations, it's a serious condition that exaggerates forward rounding of the upper spine and causes pain and stiffness. On top of that, have degenerative disc disease and occipital neuralgia. When I slouch for too long it can trigger my occipital neuralgia and cause prolonged severe headaches for days. Being big busted doesn't help with back pain either.I wasn't looking for a cure all, just something that I can wear while I am awake to prevent the conditions from worsening.Order one size up if you don't like things being too snug on your body. I'm 5'1" - 160lbs - Bra size 38DD and I ordered an XL. This vest has adjustable closures at the front like the closures on a bra and is very stretchy. I've found that fastening it at the middle enclosure is most comfortable for me but I like having a snug fit (like a bra that's slightly too tight around the ribs). This means I have room both ways for the enclosures if I lose or gain weight.The tension of the fabric is designed to keep my shoulders back, preventing me from slouching or rather, it makes it uncomfortable for me to slouch, but it's not uncomfortable to wear, in fact I'd say it's well fitted. I'm absolutely ecstatic that I found something to help with this issue ❤

Design is great cross in the back sure gives more support and would not bother much while wearing bra and is light weight thinOnly thing I suggest to correct re position the bottom strap design to make it more adapt to back curve and make it “ wrap around” thinThank you !!

First one I bought was too tight so for the price I gave it away and bought the next size up. For FIFTY years I have sat in front of a typewriter/computer hunched over day after day. My shoulders and upper back always hurt. Then I recently tore my rotator cuff and messed up my clavical and shoulder blade. Not much they can do for me and surgery won't help. I'm telling you this inexpensive support shaper gave me immediate pain relief making me hold my shoulders in the proper position and supporting my shoulder blade. Not too much pressure, just right!!! This product should also be recommended by anyone who does ergonomic training!!! I know I will... Can't go wrong especially for the price!!!!!

I was excited to try this out as most of the reviews were good and it seemed like a good thing to use as I have upper back pain from poor posture and would’ve worked good under my scrubs to help keep my shoulders back. BUT I received it and one of the straps was sewn twisted. That person had one job lol! I thought I might still be able to use it but with the strap twisted, made it SO uncomfortable. The material is really stretchy and wasn’t even supportive at all. Wasn’t a lose returning it at all

I bought this in hopes it would help me keep my posture straight and shoulders back however it didn’t do anything for me. I’m not saying it’s a bad product depending on your use for it, it was comfy just not what I was looking for.

I received this today and was very happy they enclosed an extender as I needed it but it seems pretty comfortable. I have not tried it out for an entire day yet so I'm not sure how it will feel then but it seems to do what is supposed to do and the added bonus is that it lifts and supports my breasts in addition to helping me with my posture.
