Game Sound / Chat Sound mixing doesn't work.
Doesn’t really work properly. Can only get sound out of the chat output, the game output doesn’t work at all - and so the headsets best feature (the game sound / chat sound mixer) is completely wasted.

Crappy materials and hurts ears
It broke within a month; the connecting plastic that holds the earpiece to the body. The overall material is cheap and its painful to wear for long periods.The worst headset I've ever had and will never buy from steelseries ever again.
