Very well made and easy to install.
I replaced an older point of use water heater that leaked. This was very easy to install and works well. The water is not as hot as the old heater but warm enough to make hand washing pleasant. It is connected to the hot water line from the main water heater in my home so if really hot water is needed, a couple of minutes of running water and temperature is hotter than needed. Good product!

Does not function for very long
I purchased the Thermoflow water heater in December of 2023. By March of 2024 it was not working. I contacted the seller for help and they said to disassemble the heater and reset the breaker switch. Well, I disassembled the unit. ( not easy ) and attempted to reset the switch but it will not reset. Bad product. Do no buy. I am stuck past my return time with a $100 USD piece of garbage. Edit NOV2024 : I let it sit on my workbench, hoping against hope I suppose that perhaps my some miracle this $100 paperweight would return to life. I gave it another good looking over on the inside and it looks as if something has darkened and looks burnt. This is the third time I have hooked it up and hit the "reset" switch inside the unit. Still nothing. In fact the "reset" switch seems inert. There is no solid feel to it when depressed. No click. It just has a mushy feel. Pulling it back out and throwing it away. This product should be pulled from sales so no one else gets ripped off.

Not stable, but good customer service
Unit worked fine for a few months, then quit. Restarted it but temp only heats water to luke warm. Tried to contact customer service with no luck. Would not deal with them again. This was my first response, since then we have been able to work out our communication problems and they have been most helpful and have acknowledged a defective part in the unit. As a result have sent me a brand new replacement . Original unit worked fine when initially installed and I would use their products again.

Good while it lasted
My first one of these lased for only 14 months. It worked great until it didn't work at all. If you buy one get the extended warranty.

Review for product not customer support
My contractor sent me this item to purchase so I blindly bought it without reading the reviews, shame on me. Customer support resolve my issue as the product did not work from the moment it was installed but regardless we have an installed water heater that doesn’t work. Install was very difficult as conveyed by contractor and cost us more then the unit itself and will continue to cost us as we have to replace the item and my contractor has quoted us a few hours to uninstall and replace with another heater system. The seller sent us some great guidance on how to check if our unit was working properly and after all the tests we determined that the item was in fact faulty and max water temperature is 91 degrees. It seems that I am not alone in this issue and this item should be considered to be removed as the reviews are as bad as they are good. I definitely do not recommend. There seems to be a 50/50 shot if you will get a good one. Good news is customer service has been responsive and helpful if you still want to purchase and take your chances.

Great unit for a single sink
I like that it was compact and attractive. It did what it claimed it would do. It is adjustable both for temperate and volume. Of course you do need to run a separate 2 pole 30 amp power supply to it. I used it to supply hot water to a sink in my garage instead of running a hot water line from a hot water heater in an other part of my house or adding an other small hot water heater in the garage that would heat a tank of water constantly. The unit comes on only when I turn the hot water to that sink on and I don't have to wait until the hot water gets to the garage sink from a remote hot water heater. It is warm than hot within seconds. It works perfect for my application.

Seems to provide hot water
The heater Is easy to install and use. I noticed the incoming water temperature has a great deal to do with the resulting out going temperature. The 53 degree water would only heat to about 85 degrees. I am very happy with it so far. I installed it in bar area by my pool. When installing the waterlines be sure to use two wrenches. The instructions are very clear on this. I will be buying another one for my kitchen.

Crap
These heaters were a total bust. I bought 2. I put one under the kitchen sink the other under the bathroom sink. After the kitchen was installed I thought I must have broken it because the water came out a little warmer than the cold side but not much warmer. So, I was very careful when putting in the second one. Same, water slightly warmer than the cold water side. Installation was a nightmare. They are poorly engineered for the American market (our hot water is on the left hand side). The outlets are so close together that you can't put valves in the line without putting in right angles. My advice..scroll on.
