It is slightly thin and the material feels more like a very soft lingerie. It's super soft the color is awesome and the way it flares around my hips makes me absolutely love it. I ordered a medium, I'm 5'7 and 152lbs I'm slightly muscular in the leg and butt area. It does cover more than my shorts normal do. I will definitely order again.

The dress was perfect especially on a hot day because it's so light. I'm 5'1 105 lbs the small is a little loose but it still looks nice. Comfortable and can be worn for a lot of different events.

I'm 5'7", pear shaped, and 155 lbs and I ordered the medium. Fit was perfect, not too snug and not too short (granted, I'm 22 and don't mind slightly shorter). The dress was fingertip length for me and I wore spandex shorts under it out of preference but it definitely wasn't close to revealing anything. Perfectly paired in a casual look with sneakers, a halter bralette, and a button down tied around the waist. I've even worn it backwards with the criss-cross detail in the front and it was super cute. Material is soft but definitely what you pay for quality-wise (think the usual cotton-y material you get with Forever21 basics)

The dress is cute and I really like it , however I did not receive the dress color that I ordered. Instead of wine red I was sent a black dress with a floral pattern in the bottom. Not ugly , but not what I ordered hence the knocking off of one star. The dress is decently made and hangs nicely. I have 40E chest and I am 5’8 , I ordered an xl and it fits nicely . To make the fit a little less loose I purchased a crop top to wear on top as a cute shrug like accessory.

I wear this as a slip under a blue dress, so that if my slip shows, it is not conspicuous.The dress has a nice drape.The back of the dress features straps that criss-cross. It's a pretty detail. The photos do not show it. You could wear the dress with the criss-cross detail in the front.I give this dress four stars instead of five because the fabric looks flimsy, as though it will pill and look old in just a few washings. At this price, that may not matter.

i love it but wish it was a little more form fitting.Going on a cruise and wanted it to hug my body more and it flows a little to much for ME.. I am 5"1 and 105 lb with 34DD. It fits great in the boobs so that shows you how much flow it has. But i do love it and think it will fit better once washed

Just what I was looking for. Sexy, cute bathing suit coverup. It doesn't really dry you any more than a tshirt material would. But that isn't what I was looking for. Soft material like a soft tshirt (or jersey knit material, if anyone else knows what that is.) Fit as expected, flowy. A little wiggle room on size. Short; don't expect to wear this as a full dress and get coverage.

not a dress unless you are 100lbs or less like the previous reviewers. I ordered it for a long tunic type shirt so it is fine. The fabric is 95% rayon / 5% spandex but feels more like cotton. I'm 5'5" 165lbs hour glass shape and ordered an XL which fits snug but still a little flowy. Pic didn't show extra strip like webbing details along front neck line, nice surprise.
