Christian teen books that are just plain stories are really hard to find. So, I ordered as many different authors as I could find. Well, this book is WINNING!! My 13 year old loves it. She says its "real" sounding. As if a teen wrote it. I am all for stuff that keeps my kids interested. Thank you Melody for this book! As an adult, I see it deals with real issues, such as self image and comprehending tragedy. Just an all around good purchase.

Great book I couldn't put it down it makes you look at life in another way. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good Christian romance. I can't wait to read more of her books.👍

Chose this book for my daughter because I was looking for a contemporary teen fiction book that upheld Christian values. At the same time looking for something real, not saccharine-y and pat, something about real issues young people face. I have not read the book myself, but read the recommendations. My daughter read it and loved and said she wants the next one in the series.

This book, "becoming me", has helped me realize that faith is more than a feeling and that we should always put God first. This book of the first series is very powerful and griping in every way imaginable. I am now strengthened and believe that I can accomplish more with God's help. I hate this a five star!

I bought this book for my granddaughter to read. She 12yrs and a 7th grader. The book looked good and something she would like to read. I have not given it to her at this time ,but soon. She is a good reader and almost a straight A student. I have not read the book. Price was great and arrived before time expected. Thanks

My grand daughter told me about this book, so I decided to buy it. It has giving me an insight how teen agers think now. It's a life touching novel for teen agers, but I enjoyed reading it a lot. I'd recommend this book to everybody. Not only my grand daughter learnt a lot, so did I.

Every teenage girl should read this book. Read this book when I was a teen and now bought it to pass down to my sister who is 15. Melody Carlson definitely has a way to reach teens in a unique manner

I choose this rating because I thought this was a great book! This was a brilliant book for all women but especially teenage girls!
