Good sugar alternative but you gotta introduce it toYour gut slowly else it has some serious laxative effect so yeh take it slow. Taste is good quality is aight doesn’t really have a smell and worth the price!

This is an excellent prebiotic. Begin with 3 grams or less and take more only if you can tolerate it or you may experience gas. Initially you may experience diarrhoea so adjust dosage accordingly.

The ingredient in the product is only natural chicory. I bought it for its inulin content. But Chicory root was supposed to be a little bitter. But your product is sweet. Why didn't you mention that you added sugar to it? Is it even pure chicory? Kindly respond.
